Saturn had last transited Libra, 29 years before..in 1984...
Let us look at recent times..
Planetary aspects of March 01,2013 indicate caution, especially with the Saturn retrograde, in the back ground.

Input from charts.
On larger timeframe charts the uptrend looks intact. (Probably Guru in Vrishabh effect).
As we descend on the time frame charts, short term correction is seen. (Probably other aspects within the Jupiter/Taurus time frame).

Yes, I agree. Smaller time frames have corrections which are influenced by smaller or fast moving planets.
I have covered all short term aspects and their effects in the recent past, in several blog posts.
